These terms govern your use of Board2Doc, a monday.com application provided by Alex Ma, operating as Mars Studio (“Mars Studio”). By installing or using Board2Doc, you agree to these terms and to applicable monday.com terms.
Service
Board2Doc helps authorized monday.com users generate documents from board records. Users are responsible for choosing source fields, reviewing previews and AI-assisted text, confirming document accuracy, and deciding where generated files are shared or stored.
Free availability
Board2Doc is currently provided free of charge. Optional monday.com AI use may be subject to the installing account’s monday.com plan, permissions, and AI credit availability. Mars Studio does not separately charge for Board2Doc under the current pricing model.
Acceptable use
You may use Board2Doc only with data you are authorized to access and process. You may not use the service to violate law, third-party rights, monday.com policies, or security controls, or to distribute malicious or deceptive content.
AI-assisted content
AI-assisted text may be incomplete or inaccurate. Board2Doc requires user review before that text can enter a document. You remain responsible for verifying content before relying on, saving, or sharing it.
Availability and changes
Mars Studio may maintain, improve, restrict, or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary. Availability can also depend on monday.com services, account permissions, browser capabilities, and usage limits outside Mars Studio’s control.
Disclaimer and liability
Board2Doc is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mars Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
